LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) is a facilitated method using LEGO® bricks and elements to encourage creative thinking and problem-solving in individuals and groups. It was created by LEGO® in collaboration with organisational development experts in the late 1990s. The methodology works with principles of flow, constructivism and constructionism.

Generally, think what you would expect to pay for traditional business consultancy and the add less boredom and more collaboration for the same price.

For a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® session, you will need LEGO® sets and elements, a trained facilitator, a dedicated space that is conducive to creative thinking, and a group of engaged and open-minded participants. (we bring the LEGO® by the way)

The number of people who can participate in a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® session depends on the facilitator and the space available. We can work with groups of 4 to 6 people, but have worked with groups of over 20. It’s best to discuss your needs with us to determine the best approach for your group.
